Im glad your coming with suggestions, I dont understand what you mean with "Portal" ?
The skin and header will come, but there are more important things to take care of first, such as getting good content.
We can add an off topic board if people want it, so we can discuss games and such.
About registration, we dont want to make it required to register, to view tutorials, we want the site to be open and good.
