Probably a very nooby question, but I'm not very good at it, maybe there is an easier way?

The attached image, how can we extract that seamlessly? Just the motorcycle.

if u register at planetrender u can dl them cutten hehe

now how to cut... 2 ways 1st use quickmask and mask what u want to keep

2nd use pentool, ark around render, right click, make selection(ima make tut on this one)
