Actually .tiff is the best quality for images, but its also a BIG file!

I usually save my work as .PNG or .gif(if animated)

I use the Save For Web/Devices on JPEG to make my images "smaller" so you can 'download' them faster..

I was reading up on this Yesterday as a Matter of Fact and it's a really Good Idea to keep the Picture Quality but reduce the File Size by a Great Amount.

I think its .PNG because all renders are saved as .PNG
