Ok so today we will learn little nice trick to make any font only visible outline

get ur sig get text tool, type, i chose arial black just to prove that this isnt outline font that it has fill
so i got this:

now go to blending options:
set stroke to 1 and color to dark/white)depending on ur sig like this:

finaly set the layer blending to lighten(also play with other blenging modes, see whitch one suits u best)

result:
