Well i'll be showing you how to Create a Camo Look for Cars to make it look like it's had a new Paint Job. First Thing this will only work well on Black cars so if it's too Light Darken it a Bit till it's Just Right. I'll be using a Range Rover Sport for this Tutorial.
First off get This Brush Cloud Set, as it's exactly what you'll need. First off Load Your Brush, after you'v done that make a New Layer and select the Second Brush "Size 128" One and use these Color's for Foreground and Background "#E5D213" and "#2F9B00" Make Sure Green Color Is Foreground. Now color over the car with that brush Missing Wheels if you want too. Then Change Blending Mode to "Soft Light". ![]() Then on the Same Layer switch the Colors round so the Tan color is Foreground and Green is Background Color, and draw some Lines across the Body at an angle and some Random Blotches along the Top, and some Slight length wise Blotches aswell make sure they don't touch each other though. Now Change Blending Mode to normal to get a better View of Next Step. ![]() Go to [ Filter > Artistic > Cut-Out ] and Use the Following Settings "Number Of Levels: 6", "Edge Simplicity: 0" and "Edge Fildelity: 3". ![]() Now change Blending Mode back to "Soft Light". ![]() Now it looks Pretty Neat Huh? Now all left to do is use a layer Mask or Polygonal Lasso Tool on the Paint (The Bits you don't want) leaving only the Body Coloured and Viola! Yes it may not lok well due to the Car being a bit Lighter but if i had a Darker one i could have acheived a better Result anyway Hope you like this Tutorial. Post Your Outcomes If you Wish =)
